So we created Uka Select.

Instead of offering everything, we carefully curate a small selection of collectibles chosen for their design, character appeal, and display quality. Every item we carry is selected with collectors and fans in mind.

Q: Are your products officially licensed?
Yes. All items sold at Uka Select are authentic, officially licensed merchandise sourced directly from Japan and China.


Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from California, USA.

Q: Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship nationwide within the U.S.

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we may expand in the future.


Orders & Packaging

Q: How are items packaged?
We carefully pack all items with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely, especially fragile items like figures and acrylic stands.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already processed your order.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?

 

We will gladly assist if:

  • The item is broken (e.g., cracked acrylic, detached parts)
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The damage clearly occurred during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Due to the nature of anime merchandise production, minor imperfections (commonly known as "factory flaws") may occur, such as:

  • Small scratches
  • Slight printing inconsistencies
  • Minor surface marks

These are considered normal manufacturing conditions and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
